A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together. Whether you are new to counseling or looking to continue prior care, it is important to choose a counselor with whom you connect and who has expertise to treat your needs. In order to establish whether I am right for you, I offer a free fifteen minute phone consultation.

I have several specializations including anxiety, depression, addiction, substance use, recovery, lgbtqia+, bpd, work/life balance, transitions, and self-esteem.

Remote counseling is available for individuals residing anywhere within California, New York, or Massachusetts.

Remote counseling can meet the unique needs of those on the road, college students, and others who cannot make in-person appointments!

I provide supervision for LMHC and LADC candidates in MA and LPCC candidates in CA.
